Nomix Gluten-free Flour

Nomix flour is suitable for everyday use in the kitchen. It has been developed to be as close as possible in its characteristics to wheat flour. Potato Dough Mixture

It is a ready to cook mixture suitable for preparing potato dumplings or gnocchi. For basic preparation, just add water. Minor adjustments enable preparation of fried croquettes, potato pancakes and numerous regional dumpling varieties.
