How to prepare
Beat the softened butter, egg and sugar thoroughly. Then gradually stir in the homogenised dry ingredients alternating with the milk. Do not forget about the lemon pell with no prior chemical treatment. Let the dough stand for about 30 minutes.
The dough is suitable for preparing cookies using a cookie press. Most of them have dies for pressing rings. You can also use a strong pastry bag or a mincer and press the dough through decorative dies. Bake at 170 °C for 18-20. You can decorate the cookies with plain chocolate for example.
