Nomina cereal porridge (e.g. delicious)
milk or water
coconut milk
fruit (ideally raspberries, blueberries or 
wild strawberries)

How to prepare

Are you a “porridge person”? Do you like coconut? Would you like to make your delicious Sunday porridge even better than the one you eat on weekdays? Try our recipe and prepare your porridge using coconut milk as opposed to grated coconut. You can find it in most health food stores.

 

Choose your porridge. Delicious and Spelt are both excellent choices, but you can go for any Nomina porridge. Pour in about four times the amount of liquid compared to the amount of porridge. Heat up half of the liquid (warm water or milk). The other half will be the coconut milk. Of course, you can adjust the ratio to your liking. Sweetening is up to each one of you. The porridge is fantastic as it is. Its taste is turned into a complete delicacy by raspberries, blueberries or wild strawberries.
