Ingredients

200 g Millet dough mixture

200 g (ml) milk
200 g curd cheese
1 egg
2 TBSP coconut flour (and some for coating)
raspberries (can be frozen as well)
cane sugar
corn starch

 

How to prepare

We present the millet gnocchi, a completely different type of sweet dessert. The combination of raspberry and coconut flavour has proven to be very interesting. Try it and find out for yourselves.

 

Prepare the dough mixing the milk, curd cheese, eggs and coconut flour and let it stand for a while (about 10 minutes). Form the gnocchi using a teaspoon and boil them in slightly salted water.

Defrost the raspberries, heat them up, squash them using a fork and sweeten with the cane sugar to your liking (muscovado for example). You can also thicken them slightly with the corn starch. You cannot go wrong with adding a tablespoon of quality rum or Port wine. Lay the gnocchi into the raspberry purée and sprinkle with the coconut flour.
