Ingredients

200 g Nomix gluten-free flour
120 g water
50 g curd cheese
20 g oil
30 g sugar
1 yolk
a pinch of salt
a tip of TSP baking powder
8 g yeast
grated lemon peel
glaze with honey

 

How to prepare

Use all of the ingredients except for the honey to prepare the dough and let stand for about 5 minutes. Use the dough to form small balls (table tennis ball size) and fry them once they have risen a bit. Wipe the residual fat from them and pour honey on them while still hot. Melt 4 tablespoons of honey in a water bath bowl and add some water. Let cool off.
