Ingredients
200 g potato dough mixture 300 ml water |
1 egg |
pepper |
2-3 cloves garlic |
1 TSP butter |
100 g bacon diced |
2 TBSP butter |
oregano sprigs (ca. 10) |
grated parmesan to your liking |
How to Prepare
Peel the garlic, gently press and roast with 1 TSP of butter for a moment. Then mix it all with the potato dough mixture, water and egg. Use a pinch of ground pepper to season it. Let the dough stand for about 10 minutes and knead once more. Form the gnocchi and cook them in salted water for about 4-5 min.
Place the diced bacon and the oregano sprigs onto heated butter. Fry until crunchy (3 min.) Then add the gnocchi and continue frying for 5 more minutes. Finish with an avalanche of parmesan.
