Ingredients
Gnocchi from 200 g millet dough mixture |
200 g blue cheese (Niva) |
200 ml sweet cream |
2 chicken breasts |
salt, pepper, parsley |
olive oil |
How to prepare
Heat the sweet cream in a pot, gradually add the coarsely grated blue cheese and let it melt into a sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Dice the chicken breasts into small cubes, add salt (you can add pepper and a pressed clove of garlic) and a drop of olive oil. Knead all together thoroughly, and you can let it stand for a while (not absolutely necessary). Then fry on a hot pan like a short order together with some chopped parsley and mix into the cheese sauce. Serve with the hot gnocchi (see the basic gnocchi recipe).
