Ingredients

260 g Nomix gluten-free flour
60 g fine corn flour
140 g sugar
150 g fat (butter, Hera)
1 egg
50 g butter
30 g cocoa
25 g coconut flour
4-5 g baking powder

 

How to prepare

Beat the egg with the fat and sugar for a while. Mix the flours with the baking powder, sifted cocoa and coconut flour. Then gradually add them into the fatty substance alternating with the milk. Let the resulting dough stand for about 30 minutes, and you can process it. Bake the cookies (see image for size) for 18-20 minutes at 170 °C.
