Ingredients

1 package of your favourite Mug cake mixture (60 g)

25 ml cooking oil

35 ml milk (plant milk)

How to prepare

 

Prepare the dough following your favourite Mug cake recipe. Ideally, use small silicone forms for baking (bear claws or shells). These are flexible and you need not grease or dust them. Knocking the Madeleines out of them without damage will be quite easy. Of course, you can use other forms as well. Fill the forms leaving enough space for the dough to rise during baking. One package will be enough for about 24 pieces.

 

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for about 8 minutes. Do not dry them out!
