Ingredients

170 g Nomix gluten-free flour
120 g milled nuts + decorating
100 g fat (butter)
100 g powdered sugar
1 smaller egg
40 g milk
2-3 g baking powder

How to prepare

This is basically a variation on cookies. But instead of a pressing or use of other forming tools, you will use the garlic presser.

Mill the nuts, mix them with the sifted sugar, flour and baking powder. Add the softened fat, egg and milk and knead thoroughly. Let the ready dough stand for at least 30 minutes. Divide the dough into equal small pieces and press those through the garlic presser resulting in a bundle of thin noodles. Form the beehives from the noodles directly on a sheet of baking paper. Depending on preference, stick an almond or a nut in the middle of each. Bake at 160-170 °C for about 16-18 minutes until crunchy (you are baking cookies).

Tip: If you want, you can transform the recipe with the choice of nuts in the dough and the decoration (whole almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts).
