Ingredients

Dough from 100 g of mixture:
100 g potato dough mixture
100 g soft curd cheese
100 g milk (water)
1 egg
Fruit purée:
strawberries
maple syrup
a pinch of cinnamon

 

How to prepare

Gardens and green grocers are full of tasty fruit in the summer. Numerous people use their harvests to fill their freezers for the upcoming winter. This simple recipe will show you how to use your fruit to prepare a tasty, gluten-free meal which can feed as few as one family member.

 

Mix the potato dough mixture with the other ingredients in a bowl using a table spoon for example. Let stand for about 7-10 minutes. Then hand knead the dough thoroughly in the bowl or on a rolling board resulting in a homogeneous shapeable substance. Use the substance to create the gnocchi and cook them shortly (4-5 minutes) in slightly salted water. 

 

Chop the strawberries into small pieces, add maple syrup to your liking and cook shortly on a frying pan. You can add a pinch of cinnamon. Serve with the hot gnocchi.
