How to prepare
Place the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Let the dough stand for about 5-10 minutes. Take it out and knead once more before forming. Form small rolls of about 3 cm diameter and place them one by one into boiling, slightly salted water. Cook for about 15 minutes depending on the size. It is recommended to let the dumpling “tighten” a bit after cooking and only then slice it.
