Ingredients

200 g potato dough mixture
300 g water
ca. 10 medium mushrooms
2-3 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1 TBSP butter
salt, pepper, ground caraway
green parsley

 

How to prepare

Use the basic recipe to prepare the potato gnocchi from 200 g of potato dough mixture. Pour water into the mixture and mix it. Let stand for about 5-10 minutes and knead well. Form the gnocchi and cook in slightly salted water for about 4-6 minutes depending on their size.

Roast the finely chopped onion on butter, add slices of garlic and roast for a while. Slice the mushrooms, add them to the onion, season with salt, add the ground caraway and roast until soft. Continue roasting the cooked gnocchi together with the mushrooms shortly. Season with pepper or add the chopped green parsley. You can serve it sprinkled with grated parmesan.
