How to prepare
If you want to prepare something sweet which is also simple and quick, look no further. The magic of this recipe lies in the fact that you simply mix all the ingredients, pour the dough onto a baking tray, bake, and you are done.
Mix the flour well with the baking powder. Then put all the ingredients in a beater and whip for a couple of minutes. (of course, you can also do it manually). Pour the dough onto a greased and dusted baking tray creating a layer of about 3 cm. Cover the surface with small fruit or small pieces of large fruit. You can also add sliced almonds for example. Bake slowly. Start at 150 °C gradually increasing to 170 °C, and finish baking at the latter temperature. The total baking time should be about 40-45 minutes.
