Ingredients
250 g NOMIX gluten-free flour |
230 g caster sugar |
175 g oil |
90 ml hot water |
5 eggs |
1 package baking powder |
2 TBSP cocoa |
How to prepare
Beat the whole eggs with oil, sugar and lemon peel until smooth foam is achieved. Mix the flour with baking powder and add it into the foam alternating with the hot water until a smooth dough is achieved. Pour 2/3 of the dough into a greased and dusted form. Carefully mix the sifted cocoa into the remaining third of the dough and add it into the form. You can use a fork to mix the two doughs together (as much as you like). Bake slowly in a preheated oven. Start at 150-160 °C, after 20 minutes increase the temperature to 170 °C and continue baking for 25-30 more minutes.
