Ingredients

100 g potato dough mixture  
100 g frozen leafy spinach  
100 g water  
pepper, nutmeg  

 

How to prepare

The preparation is quite simple. Defrost the spinach, slightly season with pepper and grate in some nutmeg. Then mix with the other ingredients (water and mixture) and let the dough stand for a while. Form the gnocchi and cook for about 4 minutes in slightly salty boiling water. Serve as a side dish or separately pouring for example olive oil on top, adding fried pressed garlic and sprinkling with parmesan.
