Rules

Find and Collect POINTS on the NOMINAL product packages. According to the sum of the collected points, you may select a gift in the corresponding value. Cut out the POINTS and glue them to a sheet of paper.

Please state your NAME, SURNAME, ADDRESS, E-MAIL, PHONE NUMBER and the selected gift!
We’ll send the gift within 6 weeks of receiving the points. We cannot warrant shipments damaged or lost during shipment. We only deliver the Nominal loyalty programme gifts within the Czech Republic.
The Nominal loyalty programme gifts are updated throughout the year. Should a gift be sold out, you’ll be contacted in order to select an alternative in the corresponding value. The Nominal loyalty programme gifts are not subject to warranty claims.

Nominal loyalty programme participant data protection and processing

I. Initial provisions

The company Nominal cz obchodní s.r.o. , Kozlov 68, 594 51 Křižanov ID: 29317908 TAX ID: CZ29317908 C 77311 registered with the Regional Court in Brno (hereinafter “Nominal”) is obligated, as the data controller, to protect your personal data and to fulfil the obligations arising from the generally binding legislation governing the personal data protection.

II. Personal data

Nominal gains access to the personal data of the Loyalty programme participants (hereinafter the “Loyalty programme”) in the extent of the mandatory registration data (name, phone number, e-mail, address) provided by paper mail.

III. Consent for Nominal to process personal data

Nominal is entitled to process the Loyalty programme participant data even without their consent to enable proper functionality of the Loyalty programme and to fulfil its rights and obligations towards the Loyalty programme participants.

IV. Rights of loyalty programme participants

Any Loyalty programme participant who has provided Nominal with their personal data is entitled to request access to the data, revision or deletion thereof.

Any Loyalty programme participant may revoke their personal data processing consent electronically by e-mailing ivona.hofmann@nominal.cz or in writing at the address above.
