Just reach into your pantry, where the bag of mixture is hidden, and within minutes you'll whip up a warm, gluten-free mug cake that will satisfy even the biggest of sweet tooths. The cake resembles something between a sponge and a soufflé. Its preparation is quick and easy. All you need are ingredients and utensils commonly found in every kitchen. Milk, cooking oil and a microwave. Following the instructions, the dough is kneaded directly in the mug and placed in the microwave for about a minute. After baking, let it cool for two minutes and serve. The cake can of course also be baked in a traditional oven, for example in a muffin tin, just remember to extend the baking time until the cake has risen.
