Due to our origins as an agricultural company, we've been growing spelt for many years. It's extremely close to our hearts. We've commissioned our own spelt hulling plant and in cooperation with a private mill, we present spelt from the Vysočina region in various forms. We offer wholemeal, plain, coarse and semi-coarse flours as well as Nomina porridges. And we mustn't forget our gluten-free flour Nomix!

We've developed Nomix with the aim of mimicking the properties of wheat flour as closely as possible, so it's great to work with even for those who are just starting out with gluten-free baking. Its versatility opens the door to the gluten-free world of sweet and savoury treats.
