    A few tips:
    • You can mix the porridge with hot milk, your favorite plant-based milk (coconut, almond, rice, etc.), or for example yogurt with water.
    • Use approximately three to four times the amount of hot liquid and adjust the consistency to your preference. Keep in mind that the porridge will swell and thicken within 3–5 minutes.
    • Sweeten it? You can flavor it with honey or a sweet plant-based syrup (grain, maple, chicory, etc.). However, milk already gives it a naturally sweet taste.
    • All kinds of fruit go well with porridge, especially fresh fruit, but dried fruit also adds great flavor.
    • A little spice can be a good addition. Cinnamon and star anise are classics, but you can also try a pinch of cloves and other spices.
    • Yogurt or cottage cheese will add protein.
    • Don't forget seeds and nuts.
    • For those with a sweet tooth, you can add quality chocolate or homemade jam.
    • Or prepare it in a completely different way. Thick porridge can also be served as a savory dish. In that case, herbs, garlic, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, onion, or avocado work very well.

Nomina seed porridge combines the most valuable of oats and oilseeds. The basis of the porridge is oats. They are a perfect source of complex carbohydrates, i.e. energy for our performance. They also contribute to maintaining normal brain function. Oats also contain a lot of soluble and insoluble dietary fiber, which is an essential part of a healthy diet. In the dry state, the porridge contains around 9% dietary fiber. Oats are supplemented with oil seeds from pumpkin, sunflower and flax. Not only are they tasty, they supplement oats with other substances beneficial to our body.

Although oats are used as a gluten-free crop in parts of the world, in our part of the world it is necessary to realize that oat products suitable for celiacs must be labeled. Suitable varieties are grown overseas for celiacs. In addition, oats grown in our country are usually contaminated with other crops. Despite its undeniable qualities, porridge IS NOT SUITABLE FOR COELIA AND GLUTEN-FREE DIETS.
