Our NOMINAL potato dough mix will become an invaluable ally in your kitchen. Our mix is designed for making delicious potato dumplings, gnocchi, dumpling rolls, and dumpling fingers. In addition to the basic dough, we also offer other recipes that expand the possibilities of using this mix for fried croquettes, potato fritters, spaetzle, halušky, and other delicacies. Some of these recipes can be found directly on the packaging, while the remaining are available on our website in the “gluten-free” category.
Our mix is naturally gluten-free and tastes excellently. It contains no “problematic” ingredients, and you only need water to prepare the basic recipe. It's suitable for both home cooking and use in commercial kitchens. The mix contains no milk, eggs, artificial colourings, flavourings, or preservatives – just pure ingredients for quick and healthy cooking!
