Nominal Mug cake - always at hand

Mug cake is small sack of mixture which you can store under standard conditions and turn into a dessert in a couple of minutes (about 5). It is served warm, and its characteristics are closest to a sponge cake or soufflé.

The preparation is fast and easy. You only need milk, cooking oil and a microwave oven. Following the instructions, mix the dough straight inside the mug, and microwave for about a minute. When baked, let it cool for two minutes, and it is ready to be served. You can add a scoop of ice-cream or a piece of fresh fruit on top. A big advantage of the mug cake is the fact that it is suitable even for those who avoid gluten (e.g. coeliacs)
