Single-serving Nomina

Three new Nomina porridges are prepared in such a way that they can simply be used to prepare one hearty meal. Each has a different composition, and it pursues a certain goal. The porridges are also named accordingly. However, this does not mean that, for example, excursion or office porridge would not be suitable for athletes. It depends on what we expect. Even though these porridges are no longer made only of cereals, they are also free of sugar and other flavorings.

Nomina sports cereal porridge is a combination of complex, easily digestible rice carbohydrates, which provide energy not only for sports performance, with white quinoa flakes, which are often referred to as superfoods for their nutritional value. The health of the entire organism is supported by soluble fiber inulin, a prebiotic substance that is food for the intestinal microflora. We can find at least 5 g of it in each serving. The porridge is intended for preparation with warm milk or the very popular plant milk today. It is gluten-free, lactose-free and suitable for vegans.

Nomina office cereal porridge is primarily intended for preparing a morning snack or lunch at work. Its composition tries to fill you up, provide energy, but also an appropriate dose of fiber. Both insoluble and soluble. Each has its place in our diet. The cereal base of the porridge is sorghum, red and white quinoa and natural rice. These are supplemented with flax flour and soluble fiber inulin from chicory. To stimulate brain activity and our memory, lecithin from sunflower seeds is added. This porridge is also intended for preparation with animal or plant milk. It is also suitable for vegans and does not contain gluten or lactose. It is appropriate to supplement it with a piece of fresh fruit, or. Add a little favorite seeds or nuts.

Nomina excursion cereal porridge can be prepared only with hot water. Its basis is nutritious cereals such as oats, barley and whole grain spelt. These are supplemented with dried coconut fat. Coconut fat is characterized by the fact that it contains over 50% fatty acids with a short or medium-long hydrocarbon chain. Such fats represent a suitable quick source of energy for the body without affecting blood sugar. With Nomina's hiking porridge, we are able to prepare a meal in a few minutes that will give us strength for our hike. All we need is a thermos with hot water, porridge, a bowl and a piece of fresh fruit. We can pick blueberries along the way :-). The nutritional value of the porridge is of course also increased by the content of soluble and insoluble fiber. And each serving contains 5 g of chia seeds.
