Use Flaxseed oil is primarily intended for use in cold dishes. It's suitable for flavouring vegetable and fruit salads, porridge or yoghurt. It can only be added to hot dishes (potatoes, vegetables, soups) after cooking. It's also a suitable dietary supplement when one teaspoon is taken twice a day. It's good to combine it with curd. It's used externally for massages, rubbing, and as part of skin care wraps and masks.

Storage
Proper storage is one of the most important factors in preserving the properties of flaxseed oil. Keep it in a cool, dark place, preferably in the fridge, even before opening. Once opened, use up within 6 weeks. Potential sediment at the bottom is no cause for concern.
