Our semi-coarse spelt flour comes from spelt grown by us in the Vysočina region, which has already been successfully tested several times.
Thanks to its granulation, exactly between plain and coarse flour, this flour is very versatile and highly popular in Czech cuisine. Our semi-coarse spelt flour is made from the inner parts of the grain, has a light colour and excellent baking properties.
If you want to add valuable substances such as dietary fibre and minerals to your dishes, try combining it with wholegrain spelt flour, which adds the aforementioned nutrients.
