250 g full-fat curd cheese
200 g butter
200 g powdered sugar
250 g semi-coarse spelt flour
3 eggs
Ground vanilla
Lemon zest
7 g baking powder
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Prepare the lamb cake pan by greasing it with butter and dusting it with semi-coarse flour.
In a food processor, cream the butter with the sugar, vanilla extract, lemon zest and the whole eggs until smooth.
Add the whole curd cheese and beat thoroughly once again.
Finally, stir in the flour and baking powder.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for approximately 45 minutes until the lamb is beautifully golden.
