When you want to enjoy a quick sweet dessert in the form of our Mug Cake and do not have a microwave on hand, the oven is a great option. Together with Charlie, we have prepared a simple method that will make our Mug Cakes beautifully fluffy and fragrant. And you can enjoy a gluten-free sweet treat.
1 packet of Mug Cakes mix
25 ml oil
30 ml milk
butter for greasing the molds
Nomix gluten-free flour for dusting the molds
Thoroughly mix the contents of the packet with 25 ml of oil and 30 ml of milk. Careful mixing helps evenly distribute the leavening agent throughout the mixture and ensures a beautifully fluffy result.
Divide the finished batter into molds greased with butter and dusted with gluten-free flour. Fill the molds to about one third.
Place them in a preheated oven at 180 °C using top and bottom heat, without a fan. Bake for approximately 12 minutes.
Then check with a skewer. Before removing from the molds, let the Mug Cakes cool for a few minutes.

Charlie’s tip: If you want to make baking even more fun, you can decorate the Mug Cakes after baking with fruit, chocolate glaze, or a light dusting of powdered sugar.
