Bread mixes can be used not only to make bread in a home oven or in the oven, but also to make pastries with the character of a dalamánku. Try sunflower cubes.
Ingredients
100 g NOMIX gluten-free flour
250 ml milk
15 to 20 g sugar (vanilla sugar can also be used)
10 g yeast
1 egg
a pinch of salt
lemon zest
Directions
Mix the yeast with a teaspoon of sugar and NOMIX flour in a little milk. Let the yeast rise. Then add the rest of the lukewarm milk, the egg and gradually add the flour and salt. Knead the dough and leave it covered in a warm place to rise until it doubles in size. Once the dough has risen, grease a pancake pan or griddle with oil and start frying the pancakes.
