Ingredients

200 g NOMIX gluten-free flour
120 g butter or Hera
120 g sugar (half can be replaced by brown sugar)
1 vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
1 egg (about 60 g)
4 g baking powder

 

How to prepare

 

You can freely add and combine the basic recipe ingredients.

- You can sprinkle the cookies with plain chocolate crushed into small pieces.

- You can also try finely diced dried apples with cinnamon.

- Another option is adding various nuts or some cocoa into the cookies.

- A fitness alternative is adding 20 g of buckwheat flakes fried on a dry pan, milled a little and mixed with chocolate for example.

 

Beat the softened butter with the sugar and egg. Mix NOMIX, baking powder and salt into the substance. Then add the remaining ingredients into the dough and let stand for a while. Use a tablespoon to create small cookies placing them on a sheet of baking paper. Remember that the cookies will rise a bit when baked. Bake at 180 °C for up to 15 minutes. Try if they are ready before removing them from the oven. When cooled off, store them in a way that prevents moistening.
