Instant rice flour has a mild neutral taste and binds liquid well. Due to its properties, it is suitable not only for the preparation of single-type pure rice porridge, but has a number of other uses.
It can easily be used together with nominal corn breadcrumbs in a three-pack when frying meat, vegetables or cheeses. We can also use rice flour to prepare various panadas and batters for frying.
The product can be used to thicken soups, sauces, as a binder for meat and vegetable meatballs or fruit mixtures (stuffing for strudels, etc.), for pouring out the mold during baking. Due to its delicate taste, it can also be used as a filler in sweet creams.
