As a company with agricultural origins, we've been dealing with spelt wheat cultivation for years. It's grown extremely close to our hearts. We've set up our own spelt hulling plant and, in cooperation with a mill, we produce spelt from the Vysočina region in numerous variations - from wholegrain flour and Nomina porridges to plain, semi-coarse and coarse flour.
Thanks to the wide range of technological processing options, spelt wheat can now be found in numerous products, such as flour, semolina, groats, bulgur, spelt risotto, extruded products, muesli, pasta, bread, pastries and even a coffee substitute.
Nominal plain spelt flour has a pleasant nutty flavour and is perfect for making a variety of baked goods. You can use it for bread and pastry, both sweet and savoury pies, pancakes, hotcakes, waffles, cookies, yeast, shortcrust, or creamed doughs and batters.
