Crush the anise well in a mortar and stir into the flour mixture and baking powder. Cream the softened fat with the egg and sugar for a while. Then add the dry ingredients, the rum and the grated zest of the untreated lemon. Let rest for about 1 hour.
Roll out the dough into a thicker sheet (0.8-1 cm) and cut out small shapes. The individual cookies will spread out slightly. Bake at 160 °C for 10-12 minutes until lightly pink.
