Focaccia (gluten-free)

A great choice for family gatherings, picnics or as a tasty snack! Bake your own gluten-free focaccia and take your culinary skills to the next level! 

Directions

  1. Pour the water into the bottom of the mixing bowl, add the crumbled yeast, oil, crushed garlic, both flours and finally the salt. Knead everything thoroughly to form a smooth dough. Let it rest for about 5 minutes, then remove from the bowl with greased palms, divide into two equal parts and press them out onto a baking tray with baking paper to form two patties. 

  2. Garnish the surface to your taste with tomatoes, olives, rosemary and certainly a few pinches of sea salt. Let rise (about 35-40 min, depending on the rising conditions) and put in the oven preheated to 230-240°C. Bake for about 12 minutes. Once baked, immediately smear the surface with the olive oil.
