Fruit yeast pie with plums - on baking tray (gluten-free)

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead a loose dough. After about 8 minutes, when the flour in the mixture slowly rises, adjust the consistency by adding a little water or flour. Let rest for 10 minutes and spread with greased palms on a greased and floured baking tray. Cover the dough with fruit and sprinkle generously with crumble. Let rise for 35 to 45 minutes. Bake the fruit pie at 180 °C for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. 

    Our tip: you can spice it up by combining the fruit with curd cheese or poppy seed filling. The crumble can then be modified by adding a little cinnamon or ground nuts.
