- Knead the ingredients for the dough well and let rest in cold. Roll out the dough into a sheet about 3 mm thick and cut out squares. Bake at 160°C for about 12 min.
- Stick them together using the chocolate buttercream, which you can prepare as follows. Cream the butter well with the powdered sugar in a ratio of about 1:1 (less sugar if you want it less sweet). Slowly rub a little porridge (thick, chilled pudding) from milk and corn starch into this mixture. Add just enough to make the cream tasty. Finish the flavour by stirring in the chocolate, softened in a water bath but not warm, and a little rum.
Our tip: Pour the chocolate glaze over the surface of the cube and decorate.
