Pizza - recipe I - without eggs (gluten-free)

Fancy a quick gluten-free pizza without eggs? Then let's do it! 

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Roll out into a thin layer and place on a baking tray dusted with, for example, semi-coarse corn flour. Smear the dough with tomato sauce and garnish with, for example, mozzarella, ham, champignons, tuna, fresh vegetables, olives or onions. Herbs such as basil and oregano will season the pizza perfectly. Drizzle the surface with olive oil before baking. Bake the pizza on high heat at around 230 °C for about 6 minutes and then serve immediately.
