Pizza - recipe II (gluten-free)

Gluten-free pizza dough made easy and fast! 

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients. Let the supple dough rest for 10 minutes. Roll out into a thin layer and place on a baking tray dusted with, for example, semi-coarse corn flour. Smear the dough with tomato sauce and garnish to taste with, for example, mozzarella, ham, mushrooms, tuna, fresh vegetables, olives or onions. Herbs such as basil and oregano will flavour the pizza perfectly. Drizzle olive oil over the surface before baking. Bake the pizza on high heat at around 230 °C for about 6 minutes and serve immediately afterwards.
