Gnocchi from 200 g Nominal potato dough mix
6 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
Parmesan or Pecorino cheese
Peel the garlic, finely crush and sauté for a while with 1 tsp of butter. Then mix everything with the potato dough mixture, water and egg. You can also season with a little ground pepper. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes, then knead again. Shape the gnocchi and cook in lightly salted water for about 4-5 min.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the crushed garlic in it for a while. Then add the cooked gnocchi and fry for a few minutes. Serve covered with grated cheese.
