Potato gnocchi with mushrooms (gluten-free)

Prepare delicious potato gnocchi with mushrooms using our simple recipe! 

Directions

  1.  Use the basic directions to prepare the potato gnocchi from 200 g of the potato dough mix. Pour water over the mixture and stir. Let rest for about 5-10 minutes and knead thoroughly. Shape the gnocchi and cook in lightly salted water for 4 to 6 minutes, depending on size. 

  2. Sauté the finely chopped onion in butter, add the sliced garlic and sauté for a while as well. Slice the mushrooms, add to the onions, add salt, crushed cumin and sauté until soft. Sauté the cooked gnocchi with the mushrooms for a little longer. Season with pepper and salt and add the chopped green parsley. On the plate, you can top with grated parmesan cheese.
