200 g potato dough mix
300 g (ml) water
2-3 garlic cloves
approx. 10 medium mushrooms
1 medium onion
1 tbsp butter
salt, pepper, crushed cumin
green parsley
Use the basic directions to prepare the potato gnocchi from 200 g of the potato dough mix. Pour water over the mixture and stir. Let rest for about 5-10 minutes and knead thoroughly. Shape the gnocchi and cook in lightly salted water for 4 to 6 minutes, depending on size.
Sauté the finely chopped onion in butter, add the sliced garlic and sauté for a while as well. Slice the mushrooms, add to the onions, add salt, crushed cumin and sauté until soft. Sauté the cooked gnocchi with the mushrooms for a little longer. Season with pepper and salt and add the chopped green parsley. On the plate, you can top with grated parmesan cheese.
