Crack the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Cream the egg yolks with the sugar, water and butter until foamy. Add the melted but not warm chocolate to the water bath. Mix together the Nomix, flour and baking powder and stir into the foam. Finally, gently stir in the stiff egg white foam.
Grease and dust the cake pan. The batch of dough corresponds to a round cake pan 22 cm in diameter. Bake the cake at 160-170°C for about 45 minutes.
Cut through the cake base 1-2 times and fill with apricot marmalade. Spread it on the surface of the cake too. Finally, pour (spread) the chocolate glaze over the cake.
Our tip: The cake should be chilled until the next day. The flavours blend together and everything is even better.
