Waffles (gluten-free)

Take advantage of the festive days to treat yourself to a brunch that will delight the whole family. Our waffles are a great choice not only for breakfast, but also as a simple and tasty dessert for a festive lunch. 

Directions

  1. Stir together the Nomix, buckwheat flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Add the milk and eggs and whisk well. Finally, stir in the melted but not hot butter. Let the batter stand for at least 10 minutes. Spoon into a greased waffle iron and bake the waffles (until golden brown). 

  2. Finish up using maple syrup, fruit, yoghurt, whipped curd cheese, sour cream or whipped cream, nuts or almonds depending on the occasion and your taste.
