150 g Nomix gluten-free flour
35 g plain buckwheat flour
220 g (ml) milk
5 g baking powder
35 g brown sugar
35-40 g melted butter (approx. 4 tbsp)
1 larger egg
some sugar can be replaced by vanilla sugar
grated lemon zest can be added
Stir together the Nomix, buckwheat flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Add the milk and eggs and whisk well. Finally, stir in the melted but not hot butter. Let the batter stand for at least 10 minutes. Spoon into a greased waffle iron and bake the waffles (until golden brown).
Finish up using maple syrup, fruit, yoghurt, whipped curd cheese, sour cream or whipped cream, nuts or almonds depending on the occasion and your taste.
