- Whisk the egg with the sugar until slightly foamy. Add the oil, milk and vanilla extract and mix well. Stir in the NOMIX and mix into a smooth, medium-thick batter without lumps. Leave the batter to rest for a few minutes so that it thickens slightly.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Make small pancakes (1–2 tablespoons of batter) and fry without adding any extra fat for approximately 1.5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Stack the finished pancakes on a plate and keep them warm.
- Method – žahour: Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut them into smaller pieces. Mix the strawberries with the sour cream in a 1:1 ratio. Blend everything with a stick blender or blender until smooth. Add milk according to the desired consistency – less for a thicker žahour, more for a thinner sauce. Strain the blended mixture through a fine sieve for a silky-smooth result. Arrange the warm pancakes on a plate and pour over the strawberry žahour. Add fresh fruit, a little maple syrup or chopped nuts to taste.
Our tip: Part of the sugar can be replaced with honey or date syrup.
