Ingredients

100 g potato dough mixture
50-60 g carrots
120 ml(g) water
1 TBSP oil or butter

 

How to prepare

 

Carrot gnocchi is a variation of the standard potato dish. The taste is interesting and children, in particular, enjoy it quite a bit.

 

Grate the carrots finely and roast on oil or butter for a while (ca. 8-10 minutes). Then add to the mixture and pour in water. Mix all together and let stand for about 10 minutes. Knead the dough well, and you can proceed to forming the gnocchi. If the dough is a bit sticky, dust it with fine corn flour for example. 

 

Cook the gnocchi in boiling water for about 4-5 minutes and pull out immediately afterwards.
