Ingredients

170 g Nomix gluten-free flour
80 g butter (fat)
30 g fine corn flour
40 g mille nuts
70 g powdered sugar + sugar for coating
1/2 egg
1 TSP cocoa
lemon peel
Spices: ground clove and cinnamon (about 1/3 TSP each)

 

How to prepare

 

Start by mixing the spices with the flour, cocoa and sugar. Then add the remaining ingredients and knead well. Let stand for at least 1 hour in cold. Form smaller balls from the dough and press them into thoroughly greased bear claw cookie forms. Bake at 160-170 °C. When baked, let them stand for a while before knocking out of the forms. You can also coat them with powdered sugar (not absolutely necessary).
