Ingredients

Gnocchi:

200 g potato dough mixture
200 g(ml) water
2 eggs
Finishing:
150-200g bryndza
150 g bacon

 

How to prepare

Mix the gnocchi ingredients and let stand for about 10 minutes. Knead them and push through a gnocchi strainer into slightly salted boiling water. Cook shortly (for 3-4 minutes). Dice the bacon and roast on a frying pan. Serve by mixing the hot gnocchi with warm bryndza, which will heat up, and pour the melted bacon on top. Or you can reduce the heat under the melted bacon, add the bryndza and mix in the warm gnocchi last.
