Ingredients
Potato gnocchi from 150-200 g potato dough mixture |
2 chicken breasts |
2 TBSP soy sauce |
1-2 fresh peppers (ideally a piece of green, red and yellow for colour) |
1 medium onion |
2 cloves garlic |
ca. 50 ml water |
1 TSP corn starch (Maizeny) |
1-2 TSP curry spice |
oil, salt |
How to prepare
Cut the ingredients first. The meat and peppers into noodles, the onion and garlic sliced.
Place the curry in a preheated frying pan with two tablespoons of oil, fry for a while and add the onion, garlic and peppers. Roast all together for a while and remove from the pan. Fry the chicken meat noodles on some oil and mix them with the soy sauce. Add the prepared vegetables and the corn starch mixed in some water. Cook everything through and add the potato gnocchi prepared using the basic recipe.
