Ingredients

180 g Nomix gluten-free flour
20 g fine corn flour
70 g powdered sugar (incl. vanilla sugar)
1 whole egg
80 g butter (Hera)

80 g finely grated coconut

 

How to prepare

 

Knead the dough ingredients well and let stand. Press the dough through a form using a grinder and place on a baking tray forming, crescent rolls, bars or rings. Bake at 160 °C for about 12 minutes.

 

You can dip the baked crescent rolls for example in an icing made from hot chocolate and some butter or solid plant fat, or you can coat them with vanilla sugar.
