Ingredients

85 g Nomix gluten-free flour
15 g fine corn flour
250 g powdered sugar (incl. vanilla sugar)
125 g nuts
125 g butter
4 g baking soda (about ½ TSP) 

 

How to prepare

 

Mill the nuts, mix with the flour, soda and sugar. Add butter, knead a supple dough and let stand. Press the dough into crescent forms. Fill the forms only half way. You are baking crescent rolls. They will increase in volume. Bake at 160 °C for about 15 minutes. The crescents will rise and remain hollow inside. The rolls slightly resemble éclairs in character. They are like a breeze. They will be gone before you know it.
