Ingredients

 

400 g potato dough mixture
or millet dough mixture
2 eggs
500 ml milk

 

 

How to prepare

Mix the dough,  let stand for about 10 minutes and knead thoroughly. Form balls of about 2 cm diameter and deep fry them in hot fat in a covered deep fryer. 

 

Our tip: Adding marjoram, garlic and ground caraway or chopped green herbs will give the dough a different flavour.
