Ingredients

180 g Nomix gluten-free flour
20 g fine corn flour
140 g butter
120 g walnuts
70 caster sugar (can be brown)
1/2 TBSP (about 3 g) cocoa
about 1/2 egg

powdered sugar and cinnamon to coat with

 

How to prepare

Soak the nuts in cold water for 2-3 hours. Then strain them and use a knife to chop them finely. Add the remaining ingredients, knead and let stand. Roll the dough flat (about 4 mm) and cut out the desired shapes placing them on a sheet of baking paper. Bake in an oven at 170 °C.

Coat the baked pieces in a mixture of powdered sugar and ground cinnamon.
